Greetings Parents and
Guardians!
I look forward to
seeing you this week for Parent/Guardian/Teacher Conferences. I
will be unable to attend morning conferences on Thursday.
I
will be present for Thursday EVENING conferences from
4:30-7pm. I look forward to seeing you either
Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for
conferences.
Conferences
:
November 18, 19, and 20, 2009
Student attendance hours will be
10:45 to 2:15 on Wednesday, Thursday, &
Friday
Cascade Middle School
conferences are scheduled for November 18, 19, and
20.
As in previous years, busses will pick students up three hours
later than normal
and classes will begin at 10:45.
In order to estimate when your child’s bus will arrive,
take the normal pick-up time & add 3 hours.
Breakfast will not be served and lunches may be served on an
adjusted schedule.
Wednesday Conferences
Teachers will be available
on a first come-first served basis
from 7:45 -
10:30
Thursday Conferences
Teachers will be available
on a first come-first served basis
from 7:45 - 10:30 or from
4:00 - 7:00
Friday Conferences
will be held from 7:45 to
10:30
If you cannot attend on Wednesday or Thursday,
please contact the teachers to schedule a conference for Friday
morning.

*Please remind your student to read at least 30
minutes a day . Students should have a reading book (fiction
or nonfiction) with them at all times.
