Homework
Remember how sweet and
inviting that jelly was on your toast, or how that very same jelly
just made the perfect combination with a peanut butter
sandwich. The fresh sweet fruit: collected, processed and
canned gives just the right amount of goodness to our
everyday. That same sweet, accommodating, enticing and fun
can also be found in the books in our library. So come to the
Lakeland Hills Library and “Jam into Literature” with
us.
Checkout: HOLDS: Students also have the ability to put books on hold just as they would at the King County Library. They may do this from any computer with Internet access. Steps are as follows:
1.
Go to

2.
Click on
Login at the top of the screen
3.
Grades K-3
will use their lunch numbers as login and lunch numbers as
passwords
Grades 4-5 will use
their first name last name with no spaces (i.e. vickieleaf) and
then their lunch numbers as the password
4.
Give the
library 24 hours to pull the books and put them on the HOLD shelf
located across from the checkout.
5.
Books are
held for 10 days and then put back on the shelves.
6.
Books are
due back in one week, but can be renewed.
7.
Students
may check out up to 2 books at a time. (Kindergarteners only check
out 1)
