Welcome to the 2009 -2010 school year! We are excited about
the upcoming year and look foward to working closely with families
to make this year a great one.
Look to this space for periodic updates about the school and
upcoming events.
Parent / Teacher Conferences: Wednesday
is the start of Parent / Teacher conferences. We will release early
on those days; students go home at 12:40. There will be no
Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education.
Fifth Grade to Junior Achiement: Auburn is
home to a fantastic facility run by Junior Achievement. Students
get the opportunity to participate in a full-day simulation of
running a community. Doing every essential task from city
government to banking, students make the city run.
Mr. Weibel goes "live"
You may have received a recorded
message from Mr. Weibel regarding the upcoming levy election.
This is a new technology we now have available to us here at Lake
View. We recognize that recorded phone messages can be a bit
bothersome, but promise that It will not be used except in special
circumstances such as the levy election.
