I am
very excited to be teaching the 5th Grade STEP
(Student Teacher Enrichment Program)
class again this year. I hope to make this a memorable year for
your child.
The 2009-2010 school year will be my seventh year at
Terminal Park and in the Auburn School District, and my
thirty-first year of teaching elementary school. I have taught
grades one through six in the Renton, Puyallup and Auburn School
Districts. I received my teaching degree through Western
Washington University, my Masters in Elementary Administration
through Central Washington University, and in 2006 I received my
National Board Certification. My husband, Ken, works for
Weyerhaeuser. Ken
assists me in all areas of my life, as do my two children. Both
Scott and Rebecca will be attending the University of Washington
this year. Scott is a senior and Rebecca a
freshman. I
am very proud of both of
them.
