Mr. Martin - 4th Grade

·       Homework will be sent home daily Monday-Thursday.

·       Assignment Calendar: students fill out their assignment calendar every afternoon. Mr. Martin will give his approval only to calendars that are filled out completely, including due dates.

·       The assignment calendar lists each assignment assigned that day along with date due.

·       Each student is expected to show the assignment calendar to his or her parent/guardian. Each parent/guardian is expected to check the assignment calendar and the required assignments.

·       Homework is due the morning of the due date. Entry task time is not time to do homework! Homework will be completed before arriving at school, otherwise it will be considered late.

·       Students who don’t find time to complete their homework will spend recess with Mr. Martin working to complete their assignment.

·       Students who consistently fail to return homework on time, or those with excessive missing work, may need to stay after school or serve Friday school.

·       Students who don’t understand a particular homework assignment are encouraged to speak with me first thing in the morning. Then we can set aside a time to work together on the assignment.
