The
objective of Career Choices is to prepare students with knowledge,
skills, and expectations in all fields of work. The program focuses
on the exploration of career options, research, planning, job
acquisition, leadership, and preparation for industry-defined work,
job acquisition, and successful
employment.

WORK BASED LEARNING Students can earn .5 credit for every 180
hours of qualified employment.
Meet
with your advisor or Colleen to enroll.
Students must be at least sixteen
years old and legally employed in an approved job where they can
perform the skills learned in the related career and technical
education course.
To qualify for WBL, the student must have either
previously earned credit or are currently enrolled in a Career
Choices class.
